Frequently Asked Questions | Classroom Equipment FAQs
Campus Media asks that you reserve all equipment with
at least 2 Business Days notice so that we may adequately allocate equipment and personnel, but we do understand that this is not always possible. We suggest that
you immediately fill out an equipment request form which can be found on our web site or obtain a blank one from your academic department. Fill in the appropriate information and either email, fax or walk the form over to us. Our equipment inventory is available on a first come first serve basis therefore we cannot guarantee that your request will be honored,
as same-day requests are subject to the equipment on hand. If this is the case, you may call our main number and speak to one of our service representatives.
Unfortunately we do not provide operator services for classroom set-ups. Feel free to check the "Demonstration" box under Other Services on the
Request Form and we'll be happy to arrange for someone to give you a review of your setup and a hands-on demonstration.
Campus Media does
not provide these items. You need to contact
FCM (Facilities & Construction Management) Help Desk at 212-998-1001 for assistance (your academic department should be able to help you).
On the right-hand side of this page you will find a Search box. Search for a room by either typing in a room number or the building name. Once given your room as a choice, select it. You will be shown a list of the installed equipment and a picture of the room. From there you can go directly to reserving the room equipment by clicking on the Reserve Equipment in Room.
