Winter Session Refund Schedule for January 2010
Tuition is refundable according to the following schedule for NYU Students..
* Beginning December 16, 2009 a minimum of $500 will be non-refundable.

| Withdrawal prior to December 16, 2009: | 100% of Tuition | |||
| December 16, 2009 to class start date: | 100% of Tuition less $500 | |||
| Second day from class start date: | The lesser of 70% of Tuition, OR Full tuition minus $500 will be refunded | |||
| Third day from class start date: | The lesser of 55% of Tuition, OR Full tuition minus $500 will be refunded | |||
| Fourth day from class start date: | The lesser of 25% of Tuition, OR Full tuition minus $500 will be refunded | |||
| Fifth day from class start date or later: | NO REFUND | |||
* This schedule excludes the weekend dates of January 9 & 10.
