The Refund schedule below is for Undergraduate students who "Completely Withdraw" from ALL courses during the semester.

For all other Undergraduate students who are dropping classes, but will remain enrolled in at least one course, please see the Fall/Spring Undergraduate Refund Schedule



Fall 2011
First day of Classes - September 6, 2011
Withdrawal through the Official First Day of the semester (September 6, 2011) 100% of Tuition & Fees
Prior to 9/7/2011
September 7, 2011 through the end of the first calendar week of classes 100% of Tuition only 9/7/11 - 9/12/11
Second calendar week of classes 70% of Tuition only 9/13/11 - 9/19/11
Third calendar week of classes 55% of Tuition only 9/20/11 - 9/26/11
Fourth calendar week of classes 25% of Tuition only 9/27/11 - 10/03/11
After the Fourth week of classes NO REFUND 10/04/11 - forward

Please note that ALL fees (including school related fees) are non-refundable after the
Official First Day of semester .



Spring 2012
First day of Classes - January 23, 2012
Withdrawal through the Official First Day of the semester (January 23, 2012) 100% of Tuition & Fees
Prior to 1/24/12
January 24, 2012 through the end of the first calendar week of classes 100% of Tuition 1/24/12 - 1/29/12
Second calendar week of classes 70% of Tuition 1/30/12- 2/5/12
Third calendar week of classes 55% of Tuition 2/6/12 - 2/12/12
Fourth calendar week of classes 25% of Tuition 2/13/12 - 2/19/12
After the Fourth week of classes NO REFUND 2/20/12 - forward
