If you withdraw from a course or withdraw completely using Albert - Student Information System and have paid your bill, you must contact the Bursar's Office (212) 998-2806 or by email email@example.com .
Refunds are automatically sent:
If the receipt of your student loan results in a credit balance and you meet all the eligibility requirements for a loan, a refund check will automatically be mailed to you.
Refund checks will be mailed to:
- Permanent address — for Undergraduate students
- Local address — for Graduate and Diploma students
To insure receipt of your refund check, it is important to maintain your address through Albert — Student Information System via NYUHome.
Fastest way to receive your Refund:
You can also sign up for Direct Deposit and have your refund directly deposited into a checking account. Direct Deposit is the fastest and most secure way to receive your refund.
