LEV el LEV
LEV el LEV is the Jewish choir of NYU. Focusing most specifically on Jewish Choral Music, this pluralistic group strives to spread the beauty of a large body of music that is often overlooked. In a time of international instability, music gives students the chance to unite and express something universal. LEV el LEV seeks to transcend political, denominational, racial boundaries by performing music that appeals to a variety of aesthetics. This endeavor is inspired by the Zamir Choral Foundation of New York. For more information, please contact Lara Torgovnik at lt704@nyu.edu.
