IT Service Status

*ITS Scheduled Maintenance* Multiple Services: Tues-Sat, 3/11-3/15/2014

Please be advised that ITS will be performing scheduled maintenance on the services listed below:

TUESDAY, MARCH 11
----------------------
The following ITS-supported service will be unavailable:
- NYU VPN (NYU Abu Dhabi): 6pm to 8pm Gulf Time (10am to 12pm ET). VPN connectivity to NYUAD (vpn.nyu.ae) will be unavailable. NYU VPN (vpn.nyu.edu) will remain available during this period.

TUESDAY-MONDAY, MARCH 11-31
----------------------
The following ITS-supported services will experience service degradation:
-PASS and HRIS available as read-only.
-UDW/HR Reporting: data will be frozen as of 3/11/2014.

FRIDAY, MARCH 14
----------------------
The following ITS-supported service will be unavailable:
- CMS Author: 10pm - midnight ET

The following ITS-supported service will undergo maintenance, but should remain available:
- Identity Data Services: 10pm - midnight ET

SATURDAY, MARCH 15
----------------------
The following ITS-supported service will experience service degradation, but should remain available:
- NYU Classes - TurnItIn only: 10am - 2pm ET.
