Please be advised that the service listed below is still experiencing slowness and/or intermittent interruptions.

ITS continues to work with our wireless network vendor in an effort to resolve our intermittent service disruptions. This work will continue on an ongoing basis until the problem is resolved.

We will post updates to the IT Service Status page (www.nyu.edu/its/status) as they become available. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the IT Service Desk (www.nyu.edu/its/askits/helpdesk). Thank you for your patience.
