New ServiceLink Knowledge Base Launch: June 14, 10pm-midnight ET

The Ask ITS Knowledge Base is being upgraded to a new ServiceLink Knowledge Base tonight, Friday, June 14, during the scheduled maintenance period from 10pm to midnight ET. No service interruption or degradation is expected.

The new website is scheduled to officially launch to the entire NYU community on June 16th, with all links to the old Ask ITS Knowledge Base (e.g., www.nyu.edu/its/askits/) automatically redirecting to the new ServiceLink Knowledge Base at that time.

Please note that the ServiceLink Knowledge Base will initially be launched in a beta test phase.
