IT Service Status

*Service Degradation* Multiple Services (NYU Abu Dhabi)

Please be advised that due to a fibre cable breakage in Egypt, the following ITS-supported services at NYU Abu Dhabi may currently be experiencing slowness and/or intermittent interruptions:
- NYU-NET (NYUAD): Internet services have been restored, but clients may experience slower-than-normal speeds.
- High Performance Computing (HPC): Service has been restored, though clients may experience slower-than-normal speeds.

The following services were unavailable, but have now been restored:
- NYUAD Telephones

The NYUAD operations team are working with our partners to return all services to normal as soon as possible and will post updates to the IT Service Status page (www.nyu.edu/its/status/) as they become available.
