*UPDATE* NYU-NET

ITS continues to work with our service provider to identify the root cause of the service interruptions that affected NYU-NET in New York City on Monday and Tuesday. At this time the temporary workaround that ITS put in place continues to function reasonably well.

We will continue to post updates to the IT Service Status page (www.nyu.edu/its/status/) as they become available.

Service Degradation: All NYU-NET Dependent Services

Please be advised that NYU-NET clients on the NY campus may still experience intermittent performance issues when accessing internal or external network resources at this time.

ITS has applied a workaround to provide DNS service while the root cause is addressed. To leverage this workaround, affected clients should restart their computer (or renew their DHCP client leases).
