RESTORED: Remedy Web Client access

ITS has completed the system restart of the Remedy servers. Remedy 7 is now available via web, and desktop software client.

Remedy Web Client Intermittent Availability

The Remedy Mid Tier system (web client) is intermittently available at this time. Users may receive an "authentication failed" error when attempting to log into Remedy via the web client.

Users of the Remedy desktop software client are unaffected at this time.
