The NYU Login Service is now fully available. However, the software upgrade has been delayed until further notice.
NYU Login Service Urgent Upgrade 10/22 @6pm

ITS will be performing an urgent upgrade to the NYU Login Service at 6pm tonight to help eliminate recent "Internal Server Error" messages.
Login to services such as NYUHome, Blackboard, and the Benefits Resource Center may be momentarily affected.

"Internal Server Error" Affecting NYUHome, Blackboard & other applications

An NYU Login Service "Internal Server Error" is occasionally impeding access to a number of applications, including:
NYUHome
Blackboard
NYUeVita
PeopleAdmin
Benefits Resource Center
Administrative Systems
ITS is working diligently to resolve this problem. As an interim workaround, should you encounter this problem, click the refresh button at the top of your browser window (or press your keyboard's F5 key) until the proper page appears.
