UPDATE: Remedy 7 Web Client restored

Remedy 7 Mid Tier services (web client, Service Requester Console) have been restored.

Remedy 7 Web Client Unavailable

The Remedy 7 Mid Tier system (web client, service requester console) is currently intermittently available at this time. Remedy users who access the system via the desktop application client are not affected by this outage.
