Men's Tennis Falls in Season Opener

The New York University men's tennis team was edged by Vassar College 5-4 in its 2007-08 season-opening match on Wednesday in Poughkeepsie, NY.

After losing all three doubles matches, the Violets rebounded to win four of the six singles matches.

The match marked the debut for head coach Horace Choy, who took over the men's tennis program in addition to his responsibilities as the NYU women's head coach.
