
Men's Swimming & Diving Ranked 16th in Nation

The New York University men’s swimming and diving team was ranked 16th in the nation in the inaugural College Swimming.com/CSCAA Division III Coaches’ Poll released November 21.
Anchored by senior captains Matthew Ferreira and Brad Thornton, as well as junior captain Cooper Morton, is off to a quick start. The Violets are currently 6-0 as they prepare for this weekend’s ECAC Championship at the Nassau County Aquatic Center in East Meadow, New York.
The team sits a mere eight points outside of 14th place as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Carnegie Mellon are tied with 320 points. The University Athletic Association, home to the Violets, has the most teams of any one conference in the poll with five teams, including third-ranked Emory University.
The poll, released four times throughout the season, will next be released on December 12th.
