
Men's Swimming & Diving Defeats Swarthmore

The New York University men's swimming and diving team defeated Swarthmore College 120-73 on Saturday in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania.
The Violets were led by junior Paul Hogan, who was a double winner for the Violets, taking both the 500 free in 4:52.61 and the 1000 free in 10:07.99.
Other winners for NYU included junior Andrew Lardiere, who won the 50 free in 22:00, as well as freshman Andrew King, who won the 200 individual medley in 2:00.87. Junior Henry Yonge won the 200 back in a time of 2:03.86
Yonge was also a member of the winning 400 medley relay team along with senior captain Brad Thornton, junior Eric Wang, and sophomore Eric Pcholinski. The foursome won in a time of 3:42.09.
The Violets next return to the pool for the ECAC Championships starting November 30 at the Nassau County Aquatic Center in East Meadow, NY.
