Women's Soccer Bows to Brandeis 2-0 in Final Regular Season Game

The New York University women's soccer team capped its regular season with a 2-0 loss at University Athletic Association (UAA) rival Brandeis University on a windswept day in Waltham, MA.

NYU capped the regular season with a 10-6-1 record, including a 1-5-1 mark in UAA play. The Violets will now await word of a potential Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III Metropolitan Tournament invitation on Monday.

Sarah Jasak scored both goals for Brandeis (10-6-2, 3-3-1), connecting at 26:04 and 82:24.

Senior Katie Barnes made six saves and allowed both goals in 82:24 before leaving due to injury. Junior Rebekah Kramer recorded one stop over the final 7:36.

Hillary Rosenzweig posted four saves for the Judges, who owned a 17-8 edge on shots.
