Roukas Impressive at USFA North American Cup

New York University sophomore Sam Roukas finished in 11th place in the Junior (19 and Under) Men’s Sabre competition at the United States Fencing Association’s North American Cup, a national circuit event, in Atlanta on January 18.

After receiving a bye in the first round and losing his first match, Roukas won his next four bouts to reach the Round of 16.

He lost his final bout to the eventual champion, Dan Bak.
