Intramural Job Opportunities

OFFICIALS: Intramural officials will work with specific sports of their choosing. We will train and evaluate all officials at the beginning of each season, and each official shall receive ongoing evaluations throughout the season. Games are scheduled Sunday through Thursday evenings and Friday afternoons. Locations include Coles, Chelsea Piers and East River Park. Transportation will be provided as needed. SCOREKEEPERS: Intramural scorekeepers will work with specific sports of their choosing. We will train all scorekeepers at the beginning of each season. SUPERVISORS: Our intramural supervisors work throughout the school year in a variety of sports. Intramural supervisors oversee various intramural sports including, but not limited to touch football, basketball, volleyball, soccer, softball, tennis, and other special events. They work with officials, scheduling and by addressing concerns, incidents, and accidents that occur during intramural sports. A working knowledge of sport rules is required. Strong communication skills, ability to interact with participants, and good interpersonal skills are desired. Starting pay depends on the sport, on location, and length of season.
