Bench Press Challenge

The Bench Press Challenge will be held in the main weight room on the Field House Level at Coles. Lifters will compete in eight different weight categories in the bench press. Winners' names and record lifts will be posted on a ladder chart in the weight room. An award will be given to the best lifter in each weight class at the end of each semester. Spotters will be provided. Come and set your own records!
