Student Athletes Receive Academic Acheivement Awards

Thirty New York University senior student-athletes received All-Academic Achievement Awards during a reception held on Thursday, April 29, at NYU’s Coles Sports Center. To earn the award, a student must be graduating with a grade point average of 3.3 (B+) or better and have competed for a minimum of two years on an intercollegiate team.

Receiving the prestigious honor were Toni Beninato, cross country/track & field (College of Arts and Science); Brian Berkey, golf (College of Arts and Science); Kelly Borukhovich, fencing (Gallatin School of Individualized Study); Suzanne Bostrom, fencing (Leonard N. New York University Provost David McLaughlin and Senior Vice President and general counsel Andrew Shaffer presented the awards.
