Men's Golf's Krainson Captures UAA Co-Weekly Accolade

New York University junior Adam Krainson earned the co-University Athletic Association (UAA) Co-Athlete of the Week award for men's golf after capturing the individual crown at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology/Jack Barry Invitational on April 28.

Krainson won the tournament with a one-over 72 to triumph by one stroke. His performance highlighted a strong day for the Violet golfers, as they topped the 10-team field by 14 shots with a score of 302.

This is the second time Krainson has been named UAA Athlete of the Week this season. He also garnered the award on Oct. 17 after tying for second individually at the Violet Classic, which NYU also won, on Oct. 14-15.
