Women's Fencing's Baumgardner Earns Second UAA Athlete of the Week Honors

New York University fencer Zoe Baumgardner was named University Athletic Association (UAA) Women’s Fencing co-Athlete of the Week. Baumgardner, a freshman, finished ninth in a field of 33 competitors in the foil at the NCAA Northeast Regionals in Medford, Massachusetts on March 10. Her efforts helped earn a berth in the NCAA Fencing Championships on March 22-25 at Drew University in Madison, NJ.

For the season, the Brooklyn, New York native is 33-11 in the foil.
