Hop Aboard the Women's Basketball Final Four Fan Bus to Springfield

New York University will be providing a Fan Bus to a limited number of students and other supporters who wish to support the Violets' women's basketball team in its National Championship quest in Springfield, Massachusetts, this weekend.

The Fan Bus will depart Coles Sports Center at 11 am on Friday, March 16, and return to Coles following NYU's Saturday game. NYU has booked a limited number of rooms at a local hotel for Fan Bus passengers on Friday night.

Due to the limited number of rooms and tickets available, the Fan Bus spaces will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

A $5 charge will include round-trip transportation, hotel accomodation, and game tickets for Friday and Saturday.

Current NYU students will be given first priority, followed by NYU alumni and staff. Requests must be submitted by Tuesday, March 13, at 5 pm. Anyone who signs up will be notified of their status by the afternoon of Wednesday, March 14.

NYU (27-2) will play Washington University in the NCAA Division III Women's Basketball National Championship semifinals Friday night at 6 pm. Depending upon how the Violets fare, they will either play in the National Championship Game at 3 pm on Saturday, March 17, or in the third-place game at 12:30 pm.
