DeCorso Wins ECAC Honor

New York University senior Michael DeCorso was named to the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Metro honor roll for the week ending February 12.

In a 58-53 loss to the University of Rochester on February 9, DeCorso led the Violets in scoring with 17 points. In the Violets’ win over Carnegie Mellon University on February 11, DeCorso tallied 15 points and seven rebounds.

This year’s co-captain has started all 22 of NYU’s games, and is leading his team in scoring, averaging 15.3 points per game, and minutes played per game with 30.6.

NYU is currently ranked #20 by d3hoops.com and is 17-5 on the season.
