Albert Florentino is an award-winning playwright from the Philippines current residing in New York. He was a professor at the University of the Philippines and an adjunct professor at Ateneo de Manila University. He most recently published The Portable Florentino (De La Salle University Press), Arimundingmunding (De La Salle University Press), and Nick Joaquin Revisited (De La Salle University Press) in 1998.
