Julie O’Sullivan Maillet (ED ’77, ’75), associate dean for academic affairs and research at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and Alan Wurtzel (ED ’74), president of research and media development at NBC, received The Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development Distinguished Alumni Achievement Awards, presented as part of the School’s annual Dean’s Day. Faculty members, alumni, and students gathered for a state of the School address from Dean Ann Marcus as well as faculty seminars and an alumni reception. Ms. Maillet and Mr. Wurtzel are pictured above with Dean Marcus.
