To make it easier to protect your personal privacy online, NYU has assigned all members of the NYU community NYU NetID’s (Network Identification). Your NYU NetID is a secure identifier comprised of a combination of your initials and a few random numbers, making it easier for NYU to acknowledge you individually while safeguarding your information. Get used to using your NYU NetID. Once activated, it will be your personalized digital key to unlocking a growing number of online alumni resources NYU has to offer. Plus, with your NYU NetID you’ll have access to new features and special perks we’ll be rolling out for those who use it. If you don’t know your NYU NetID, don’t worry. We have encoded your alphanumeric NYU Net ID onto the mailing label on this issue of NYU Alumni News. If your NYU NetID is not encoded on the label, just visit us online at start.nyu.edu and we’ll send it to you. |
