Keeping the Flame Alive
Every year thousands of the University's alumni keep the flame alive by supporting the NYU Annual Funds. Encompassing every one of our schools, the Annual Funds allow the University to take advantage of unforeseen opportunities and to nurture our academic programs while building for the future. Last year, the NYU Annual Funds generated over $9 million for student scholarships; endowed professorships; classrooms, labs, and other renovations; and a variety of other activities to benefit students and faculty members
How to make a gift to NYU
Contributions to the NYU Annual Funds may be made in the form of personal checks, money orders, and credit card. Checks and money orders should be made payable to New York University and mailed to the Office for University Development and Alumni Relations, 25 West 4th St., 5th floor, New York, NY 10012-1119. Credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA) gifts can be made by calling 1-800-NYU-4144 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. at or make a gift on-line
Many corporations match the gifts of their employees, thereby magnifying the impact of each contribution. To increase your gift in this way, please obtain a matching gift form from your employer's or your spouse's employer's personnel office and enclose it with your contribution. You may also choose to support the Annual Funds through a gift of stock or by including NYU in a will or trust.
