“Designing a Career That’s Right For You”
With Matthew Mahoney, Founder & CEO, Endeavor Prep

Economists say choice is oxygen. Psychologists say too much choice can make you crazy. They're both right. Developing a career path is sometimes frustrating, sometimes exhilarating and always intensely personal. Despite the very real optimism that each wave of new graduates carries into the world -- even in a down economy -- too many wake up when they're 30 and realize they've settled. They're not pursuing something that truly turns them on. What happens? Explore the conventional wisdom of career development, where it's broken, and how to approach designing your career so it's the best fit for you.

Matthew Mahoney is the Founder & CEO at Endeavor Prep, the trusted career advisor for young professionals seeking to discover, design and launch a work life worth living. After senior roles in and consulting to over 25 industries, Matt started Endeavor Prep in 2007 to ensure more people -- 100 million more -- do what they love. Matt holds a B.S. in Cognitive Science from UCLA and an MBA from Harvard Business School where he was an Arthur Rock Entrepreneurial Fellow.
