Lifetime Email Forwarding

NYU is pleased to offer lifetime E-mail forwarding for all alumni. When you enroll, NYU will forward all messages received through a special ALUMNI.NYU.EDU address to your own active E-mail account. This way, no matter how many times your E-mail address changes due to changes in Internet Service Provider or employer, you will have a permanent, easy to remember address that will help friends and colleagues stay in touch.

Your permanent E-mail forwarding address, which will be assigned to you, will be formatted as your first initial, last name, and a number@alumni.nyu.edu.(e.g.:j.smith.1@alumni.nyu.edu). A confirmation e-mail message with your new permanent NYU alumni e-mail address will be sent to you shortly after your request is processed. Due to the heavy volume of requests for this service, establishing an e-mail forwarding account may take up to a week.

Please note that this is not an actual e-mail account but rather a forwarding service which passes mail along to your current internet service account.
