He served as Rwanda’s Minister of Finance and Economic Planning from 1997 to 2005. Dr. Kaberuka was also Minister of Finance and Economic Planning as well as Governor for Rwanda at the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the African Development Bank.
