Shanghai Campus

Shanghai offers the urban energy of a fast-growing global center. At NYU Shanghai, students are immersed in a community of exceptional scholars from within China and across the world, and live in one of the most culturally vibrant and economically significant cities in the world.  Students at NYU Shanghai complete a four-year undergraduate curriculum with English as the language of instruction.

NYU Shanghai offers a variety of majors leading to a B.A. or B.S. in these areas:

  • Life and Behavioral Sciences
  • Physical Sciences
  • Social Sciences
  • Mathematical and Engineering Sciences
  • Humanities

Students are encouraged to spend at least one and up to three semesters pursuing their studies throughout NYU’s global network.

NYU Shanghai will begin accepting applications in fall 2012, and will welcome its first class of undergraduate students in fall 2013. As is the case with our other two campuses, NYU Shanghai's admission process will be highly selective, with students selected from a worldwide applicant pool.
