The Spring in New York 2016 application is available here.
If you are eligible to participate in Spring in New York as a visiting student, please follow the steps below to apply. Current NYU Students do not need to follow these steps and can register for courses directly via Albert. Please note: Visiting students may only apply to one NYU program at a time.
Visiting student admission decisions are based on the strength of your academic work and life experiences. Our most competitive visiting student applicants have a cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher, but each year, candidates may be admitted with more modest academic records if they have compelling circumstances to share in the "Additional Information" section of our application.
To be eligible for visiting student admission, you must not currently be on academic, disciplinary, and/or medical leave or probation at your current institution. In certain cases, appeals to this policy may be considered but an explanation must be submitted within the application for such consideration. Students may take a personal leave for the semester(s) they are studying at NYU if such a leave is required by their home institution to maintain matriculation.
