Financial Aid Information Sessions

You are invited to attend a NYU Financial Aid Information Session, which are scheduled each year to assist students with the financial aid application and to review every aspect of the student aid process. Financial aid counselors explain how to avoid common mistakes and how to maximize eligibility for all types of aid programs.  Special attention is given to the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and also to the Master Promissory Note (MPN) process.  Each session is open to all NYU students regardless of the listed location.

Whether you attend or not, please remember that students seeking financial aid must apply each year.  May 1 is the FAFSA priority deadline for most continuing NYU students.  (Graduate students should refer to their school or department for specific program deadlines.) Meeting the deadline ensures that you will receive full consideration for all available forms of aid.

We hope you find these sessions informative and we look forward to assisting you.
