U.S. Federal and New York State laws require that employers post labor information in conspicuous places available to employees. Each Department must identify an appropriate location(s) in the working environment for these posters where all employees have regular access (i.e. copying areas, break rooms, HR offices, hallways with high employee traffic, etc.).
