The Taub Center for Israel Studies will host “American Jews and Israel: A Relationship in Transition,” a one-day conference featuring Itamar Rabinovich, Israel’s former ambassador to the U.S., Daniel Kurtzer, former American ambassador to Israel, and others, on Sun., April 19
