Over the course of three sessions, the 2012-2013 NYU Steinhardt Education Policy Breakfast Series has examined the Common Core State Standards (CCSS); the final session will focus on CCSS desired outcomes and potential consequences.

Over the course of three sessions, the 2012-2013 NYU Steinhardt Education Policy Breakfast Series has examined the Common Core State Standards (CCSS). In its third and final meeting of the academic school year, Steinhardt Professor of Teaching and Learning Okhee Lee, James Cibulka of the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE), and Ramon Gonzalez, principal of MS 223: The Laboratory School of Finance and Technology, and Randi Weingarten, president of the American Federation of Teachers, will close the series with a focus on CCSS desired outcomes and potential consequences.
