The Tisch School of the Arts at New York University has announced that Isabella Wing-Davey, a third-year student in the Graduate Film Division of the Kanbar Institute of Film and Television, has been named the winner of the 2012 Robert Oberman and Gregory Pickert Media Services Graduate Film Production Fund Award.
