Join Khaled Z. Amin, associate professor of public finance and administration at Cairo University, and affiliated scholar at the American University in Cairo, as he offers context and insights concerning “Egypt’s Path to Democracy: Challenges and Opportunities” in the wake of the globally reverberating Arab Spring uprisings there.

Amin’s lecture will be delivered Thursday, October 13, from 12:30 pm. to 1:30 p.m. at NYU Wagner (Puck Building, 295 Lafayette Street at the southeast corner of Houston Street, 2nd Floor, New York, N.Y.).  Seating is limited. To attend, fill out an RSVP form, as required.

The event is part of the Conflict, Security, and Development Series co-presented by the Center for Human Rights and Global Justice at NYU Law School, the Center for Global Affairs at NYU’s School for Continuing and Professional Studies, NYU Master of Public Health Program, and the Office of International Programs at NYU Wagner, where Amin is currently a visiting scholar.
