NYU Bookstore Launches Weekend Story Time for Children

The New York University Bookstore has launched a weekend story time for children at its 726 Broadway location (between Waverly Place and Washington Place). Every Saturday and Sunday, noon to 12:30 p.m., children aged 2 to 8 and accompanied by an adult can come to the NYU Bookstore’s Kids Corner and listen to stories read by bookstore staff.  Weekend story time begins Saturday, February 5 and runs through Sunday, July 31.

On February 26 and 27, the weekend story time will feature readings from Mo Willems’ Knuffle Bunny books.

NYU Bookstore’s Kids Corner (located in the center of the store near Think Cafe) is a friendly place to meet other local kids and parents and offers a selection of board books, picture books, young adult, and parenting books.
