"Mexico: Independence and Revolution" Film Series at King Juan Carlos I Center this Fall


This fall, Mexico will observe the bicentennial of its independence movement and the centennial of the Mexican revolution. To celebrate these two important historic events, the King Juan Carlos I of Spain Center at New York University will show a monthly repertoire of film shorts, historical feature films, documentaries, and rare brief shorts restored from original early 20th century film footage.

This fall, Mexico will observe the bicentennial of its independence movement and the centennial of the Mexican revolution. To celebrate these two important historic events, the King Juan Carlos I of Spain Center at New York University will show a monthly repertoire of film shorts, historical feature films, documentaries, and rare brief shorts restored from original early 20th century film footage.
