The theory and practice of guerrilla theater, folk music traditions from the Balkans to Appalachia, and an “Art as Survival” workshop are among the events at the 2010 Gallatin Arts Festival, which will take place from Tuesday, April 20 through Friday, April 23.

"Chaos & Order: Art as Survival" is the theme of the 2010 Gallatin Arts Festival, April 20-23.

The theory and practice of guerrilla theater, folk music traditions from the Balkans to Appalachia, and an “Art as Survival” workshop are among the events at the 2010 Gallatin Arts Festival at New York University, which will take place from Tuesday, April 20 through Friday, April 23 at NYU’s Jerry H. Labowitz Theatre for the Performing Arts (1 Washington Place [at Broadway]).

The theme of this year’s Gallatin Arts Festival, which debuted in 1992, is “Chaos & Order: Art as Survival.”
