Nick Clegg, Deputy Prime Minister and Liberal Democratic Party leader in UK, Leads Town Hall-style Gathering at NYU – Sept. 22

Nick Clegg, Deputy Prime Minister and Liberal Democratic Party Leader in the United Kingdom, will conduct a question-and-answer gathering with New York University students and faculty on Wednesday, September 22 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

The one-hour session will take place at NYU’s Kimmel Center for University Life, 4th Floor, Eisner & Lubin Auditorium, 60 Washington Square South, Manhattan. Clegg will be introduced by Ellen Schall, dean of the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at NYU.

Following a brief introduction by Dean Schall, the Deputy Prime Minister will deliver an opening statement and then open the floor to questions from students and faculty on any subject, from the economy and foreign affairs, to political reform, the UK's coalition government, and how liberals and conservatives can work together.
