Five Honored with 2010 NYU Distinguished Teaching Award

President John Sexton and Senior Vice Provost Ron Robin recently honored the 2010 New York University Distinguished Teaching Award winners.  

This year’s honorees were Mosette Broderick, Clinical Associate Professor of Art History, Faculty of Arts and Science;  Laura Levine, Associate Professor of Theatre History, Tisch School of the Arts; Nancy Reale, Master Teacher of Humanities, Liberal Studies Program, Faculty of Arts and Science; Anthony C. Thompson, Professor of Clinical Law, School of Law; and David Zagzag, Associate Professor of Pathology and Neurosurgery, School of Medicine.

The Distinguished Teaching Award was established in 1987 and highlights New York University's commitment to teaching excellence. It is given annually to selected outstanding members of the faculty. Recipients are awarded a medal and a grant of $5,000. Additional information about the Distinguished Teaching Award may be found at
