Peter Beinart to Deliver “The Failure of the American-Jewish Establishment,” Hosted by NYU’s Taub Center for Israel Studies—Sept. 21

Author Peter Beinart will deliver a public lecture, “The Failure of the American-Jewish Establishment,” hosted by New York University’s Taub Center for Israel Studies, on Tuesday, September 21, 5:30 p.m. at NYU’s Kimmel Center for University Life, Rosenthal Pavilion, 10th Floor, 60 Washington Square South (at LaGuardia Place).

The lecture, which will be followed by a question-and-answer session, is free and open to the public. An RSVP is required: call 212.998.8981 or email fas.taubcenter@nyu.edu. Space is limited. Subways: A, B, C, D, E, F, V (West 4th Street).

Beinart is a Schwartz Senior Fellow at the New America Foundation and Associate Professor of Journalism and Political Science at the City University of New York. He is also senior political writer for The Daily Beast, and a contributor to Time. His first book, The Good Fight: Why Liberals–And Only Liberals–Can Win the War on Terror and Make America Great Again, was published by HarperCollins in 2006. His second book, The Icarus Syndrome: A History of American Hubris, was published by HarperCollins in June 2010.
