Florence Fabricant, food, restaurant and wine columnist for The New York Times; author of 11 cookbooks: 2007 NYU Graduate School of Arts and Science Alumni/Alumnae Award Winner

Rozanne Gold, first chef to Mayor Ed Koch: international food and restaurant consultant (Rainbow Room and Windows on the World); four-time James Beard award-winning chef; & author of 12 cookbooks

Amy Zavatto, contributing Editor to Imbibe magazine; writer for Frommers.com, Every Day with Rachael Ray, the Edible journals. Gotham, Ralph Lauren magazine, and others

Serena Palumbo, a New York corporate attorney and former ballerina, taught herself how to prepare food with unusual ingredients while growing up southern Italy. She currently hosts an online instructional cooking show, “Cooking in Manhattan,” on YouTube and believes the cooking process should be simple and healthy.
