The New York University Creative Writing Program’s Spring 2010 Reading Series continues in March with events featuring author Sharon Olds (March 4), Lewis Lapham (March 24), who leads a roundtable discussion on creativity, and poet Elizabeth Alexander, who composed and recited “Praise Song for the Day” at the inauguration of President Barack Obama (March 31). Events are held in the program’s Greenwich Village home, the Lillian Vernon Creative Writers House at 58 W. 10th Street, unless otherwise noted.
