Helen Graham, visiting professor in the department of history at New York University and King Juan Carlos I of Spain chair of Spanish American Culture and Civilization, will offer two public lectures in addition to a film series and round table on The Afterlife of Violence this spring. NYU's Richard Schechner Awarded Thalia Prize by the International Association of Theatre Critics

New York University’s Richard Schechner, University Professor and professor of performance studies in the department of Performance Studies at the Tisch School of the Arts, has been named the 2010 Thalia Award winner by the International Association of Theatre Critics (IATC). The award ceremonies will be in Yerevan, Armenia June 16-20, 2010.
