Anne-Marie Slaughter, dean of the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University, will deliver the 2008 Remarque Lecture, America s Edge: A Global Country in a Global Century, on Thurs., Oct. 23, 6 p.m. at New York University s School of Law, Vanderbilt Hall, Tishman Auditorium (40 Washington Square South between Sullivan and MacDougal Sts.). The lecture is sponsored by NYU s Remarque Institute, which is directed by historian Tony Judt.
